Complete an aptitude assessment comprised of 12 short online games that analyse your cognitive, emotional and social traits.

Digital interview

Record and upload your responses to our digital interview, consisting of three short hypothetical questions, followed by a business case.

Discovery centre day

In the final stage, you‘ll engage in a number of exciting activities to solve a real business case study. This enables us to assess your potential, while giving you insight into "a day in the life" at Unilever.
